ACME Enterprises' (ACME) Refund Policy is both simple
and straightforward.
When you
sign up for a hosting account with ACME you are paying for 90
days of service, with recurring billing every 90 days.
If, within 30 days of your initial signup, you send an email
to refund@acme-ent.net,
stating that you wish to cancel your account, you will receive
a full refund.
After that
time, if you desire to cancel your account, send an email to
cancel@acme-ent.net,
stating that you wish to cancel your account. If this
email is received no later than seven (7) days prior to your
renewal date you will not be billed further and your account
will be closed out. If, however, your request to cancel
is received after this deadline your credit card will be
billed for the subsequent 90 day period and your request
to cancel will not be processed until the end of that
cycle.
YOU MUST
INCLUDE YOUR USERNAME PASSWORD WITH EITHER A REFUND REQUEST OR
CANCELLATION REQUEST.
